Ember concept art + Bio

This is the first concept art I've ever done and it's been quite fun drawing it out. I really like concept art for some reason, the way it just explains everything about some character just by visuals. So I thought I'd do one of Ember because I think his design is the coolest out of my other OCs, and I can also do his bio while showing the concept art! It's a win-win!
Yes, that is what Ember's mouth looks like, and yeah, his vicious set of teeth have surprised me too >.<

Height: 1' 3 (about as tall as the average house cat)

Voice: Meows exactly like a cat

Species: An unknown alien genus that is incredibly similar to felines on Earth

Level of power: Able to kill a person easily

Appearance: Ember is a small blue alien that has a lot of visual similarities to a cat on Earth. He has glowing blue paws, pale blue fur with a lighter blue pattern along his back that look almost like arrows, and 4 gleaming yellow eyes. His head is surprisingly flat and wide, with 2 protrusions on the back of his head which look like ears. And strangely, Ember's eyes are on the top of his head, and not on the sides or the front. This requires Ember to tilt his head down in order to see well in front of him. On Ember's tail is a strange bulb shaped organ with an orange and yellow pattern on it, a yellow circle in the middle with 4 orange stripes along the edges. The purpose of such a pattern is unknown.

Personality: Ember is an irritable alien and wicked moody, meowing and attacking anyone if he doesn't get what he wants. But he is also curious, and wants to learn more about this very big world.

Biology: Despite being hypothesized of being an alien, Ember's genetic material shares a lot of genes with felines on Earth, most notably house cats. It is possible that Ember's species has evolved very similarly to felines on Earth, though all of these similarities being just a coincidence is quite unlikely. His flat head, blue appearance, and stripes along his body make it plausible that Ember's planet has blue vegetation and Ember's species has adapted to stalking low with their bodies camouflaged to their environments with their heads low so that their flat heads can see everything above them. This is only speculation, though. On Ember's head are what looks like ears, but they are actually sensory organs that detect electromagnetic waves coming from prey around it, as well as being able to detect sound. Ember's tail has an orange organ on it that can emit electric shocks when Ember is agitated. These shocks aren't powerful enough to be lethal to humans, but they are strong enough to paralyze and kill any small prey, and can stun larger organisms for long periods of time. Ember's most deadly weapon, however, is his paws and teeth. Each individual bright blue paw of Ember's are able to burst into blue flames and can become over 300 degrees Fahrenheit. This is done by a chemical reaction in the paws of 2 chemicals that, when combined, bursts into flames. These paws are used to subdue prey, but what makes the killing blow is Ember's fangs, which are very large in size, but can fold back by muscles in the mouth similarly to how snakes in real life do with their fangs. This has been adapted so that he can grow very large and vicious fangs, but not have any trouble fitting them in his mouth.
